The Rural Integrated Health & Safety Association (RIHSA) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and safety of rural communities through comprehensive educational programs and consultations. Our mission is to provide easy accessibility to these programs, ensuring that members of rural communities have the knowledge and resources to prioritize their mental, physical, and emotional health, as well as safety in farming operations.
Our core mission is to create a space where education and training in holistic health and safety practices are readily available to rural residents. We aim to offer farm consultations to design safe spaces for the community, addressing specific needs and promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
Members of RIHSA will benefit from our safety and health educational programs, learning essential skills such as machinery maintenance and awareness of their surroundings to create safer farming environments. Additionally, surplus funds will be reinvested into designing programs and building spaces, such as classrooms, for training purposes, ensuring the continued growth and development of our initiatives.
As part of our philanthropic work, we envision providing resources such as books on health and safety concerns, creating dedicated classrooms and teaching spaces, and establishing farming environments for knowledge sharing and community building. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to the overall wellbeing of rural residents, empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves and future generations, while fostering a culture of integrity, compassion, and love within our communities.
